Death Guard and pox walker getting started boxs

So made another purchase at favorite hobby store and started another project. I purchased the starting box kits for death Guard and pox walkers.
After a fun conversation with another miniature hobbyist I took these two boxes home to begin the work of cutting cleaning and reshaping quite a few of the compoments in both kits. Looking at the pox walker sprue I'm really impressed with all the details and I'll ask of assemble if the miniatures. I decided to cut and collect all the nurgle fly icons That I can from box kits but starting with poxwalers first. The goal of cutting them will be made a small sprue and mold to replicate as many as needed for converting future miniatures dedicated to nurgle both in fantasy and 40k warhammer.
Now there a pox walker in this box I really like for the gas mask and rotted fire axe he weilds. I very much what to have more so I cut it out and began cleaning off the hands and slime to make it more universal to use wither miniatures. This will definitely will be a something I will be repicating.
I will be working with gas mask head as well but sure with parts. Now the Death Guard box present so many wonderful features, the power fist, plasma gun held by the tentacles, the toxic assault grenade launcher are the first bit I'm cutting free and cleaning up to use in conersions.
It took a good while to cut the plasma gun free and clean up I will be adding details with greenstuff to the plama gun like adding the power coils that I damage or where never there adding a handle and trigger. It was a little heart breaking to take plasma gun of the simply because I live the detail and tjought of the spare weapon being held by the tentacles mutation of the Death Guard.
The item to be the focus was the awsome power fist of a ancient design. I love it. What so many more of them and have so many idea for conversions. This simple a start I will update later with more photos and my progress. Now more work has been on another projects I simple had time to take photos. I do apologise for the photos quality it from using my cheap phone. As always quests comments welcomed.

Unboxing: Necromunda House Escher Gang

This is exciting finally get a look at the miniatures from warhammmer necromunda game. There is so.much rich history and fun connect to the old game and background and now to see it be revived it just amazing. Personal note: with life responsibilities not all day able to take time for the hobby of miniatures let alone my art, working to be more frequent with post and updates I have found it really helps me relax. Necromunda House Escher bolter conversion WIP 1

After looking over the necromunda gang house Escher box I decide I really wanted to started out with jumping into converting many of the weapons. The aim of my immediate work will to get many of the weapons cleaned up and fine to the basic form. First of these weapons will be the gang leaders range weapons the combi bolter/needler. I hope lay the ground work for future conversion of this fun bolter gun, first step will to take of the leaders arm from the bit of the spru, than clean up by saving the material and sanding where I can as much as possible. This is going to take some time for extra focus to detail and precision cuts, while there are two of these weapons in the box I rather not have to use that one yet. Getting back to the Art and my Hobbies

Life is wonderful life is a struggle and it is Glorius every since 2020 things have been one hell of a wild ride for me and for everyone around the world i am not unique in that ive struggle and almost thrived but most importantly i survived to keep growing and to provide for my son. all my art projects and hobbies have to keep being put on hold many had to be on hold or outright stops and some even gotten rid off. e i keep improve the life and wellbeing for my son and i but hut healing and progress are not always linear in there progress and even in times have to step backwards hell even run backwords. my art and the hobbies are important last years 2025 i lost over 15 people from my life 8 people from my family inlcuding my father last years was a very dark time and what little involmente in the art community and hobbie communities help sometimes even just being present in those communities was a struggle. i dont know exactly where i will go with this dorment blog but i going to...
